Mr. Suman Chakrbarty is the guiding force of the Company. A graduate in Science and a MBA in Finance from ICFAI University, Mr. Suman Chakrbarty founded one of the leading Financial Services Group in India. With over Twenty One years of financial experience, he has set new standards and established niche operations to bring Achiievers Group to a position that it has reached today. He has appeared on several Indian Channels like Zee Business, CNBC TV18, Bloomberg TV India and several other regional language TV Channels. He was conferred honorary degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management by KEISIE International University, South Korea. Beside Mr. Chakrbarty’ s work has been recognized & appreciated by leading institutions of India & he has been a guest speaker in different forums of reputed institutes like IIT Kharagpur, Netaji Subhash Institute of Business Management (NSIBM), NSE and BSE, & has also featured in leading financial magazines like Consultants Review, Financial Chronicle, Business Standard and First Post. Achiievers is also recipient of awards from 24MRC in association with Bloomberg TV, IBN7, Bengal Chamber of Commerce, and Karnataka Small & Business Owners Association and from many other institutes. He has been awarded as the CEO of The Month in a reputed magazine ‘The CEO Magazine’ and also awarded as ‘The 10 Most Admired Financial Leaders to Watch in 2017’ by a reputed magazine named Insights Success. Mr. Chakrbarty has been awarded ‘10 Best Start-ups in Financial Services-2019’ by Silicon India
The Achiievers Group has diversified into lending business through its NBFC (Non – Banking Financial Company) arm, Achiievers Finance India (P) Ltd in the form of Gold Loan and Personal Loan. Within eight years of operations, Achiievers Finance has already garnered strong foothold in rural belts of West Bengal and has established a strategic leadership position in the market.
Ms. Sumana Roy is the Co-Founder & Executive Director since Inception of, Achiievers Finance India Pvt Ltd (Formerly known as Instant Suppliers Pvt Ltd) and currently designated as Executive Director. She started her Business Career as a Sub-broker in Kolkata since 2006. With her knowledge in the Financial Market, she is the pillar foundation on formation of Achiievers Quick Gold Loan. Ms. Sumana Roy too has given strategic direction to the organizational growth since the Company incepted. In her spare time, she loves to indulge in reading fiction.
Ms. Pradiepta S Chakrvarty, A seasoned credit administrator with over 14 years of extensive experience in Credit Management, Financial Analysis and Delinquency Management / Credit Monitoring in Financial Sector. Excellent credit decisioning and portfolio management skills, also holds position of directorship in the leading Stock Broker Company Named Achiievers Equities Ltd, overlooking the financial operations of the company. She was associated with leading bankers such as HDFC, ICICI, Kotak Mahindra Bank as Sr. Credit Manager (Wholesale Credit & Risk – Business Banking, Working Capital). Her experience in the financial sector would lead the company to a new height.
Mr. Asutosh Sen, born in 1942, completed his B.Com from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and passed the Chartered Accountants Examination of India (both Intermediate and Final) at first attempt. He began his career with Price Waterhouse Coopers (now PWC) as an article clerk in 1961 and later became the Resident Manager at PWC in Bombay. His career continued with prominent roles, including Chief Accountant at Shalimar Paints Ltd., Financial Controller of TIL Ltd. and Vice President – Internal and Management Audit at Usha Martin Industries Ltd, managing both domestic and foreign operations. After retiring in 2002, Mr. Sen served as the CFO of Usha Comm. Ltd. (IT Company) and held directorships in several group companies. He also served as an Independent Director of Simplex Infrastructures Ltd and the Chairman of the Audit Committee till 2021.A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Mr. Sen was elected as the Vice-Chairman of the Eastern India Regional Council. He is also a Trustee of a charitable institution supporting an Old-Age Home and a member of Kolkata’s elite club. Currently, he is a Senior Partner of PBG & Co. and Sridhar & Associates, Chartered Accountants, based in Mumbai, with affiliations in various parts of the world, including the US, Dubai, and Hong Kong etc.
Mr. Nitin Daga is a practising Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in corporate restructuring, financial management, and capital market transactions. He began his career as an apprentice under Mr. Vijay Chandak, a renowned Merchant Banker, where he gained hands-on experience in SEBI-related matters and capital market transactions, including takeovers, mergers, amalgamations, rights issues, preferential issues, delisting and NCD.In 2009, he joined the Gujarat NRE group, where he developed expertise in finance, legal, secretarial, insurance, and commercial matters. His proficiency in business administration led to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) in 2016. During this time, he gained substantial exposure in corporate management. In 2020, he transitioned into independent practice as a Chartered Accountant, offering services in corporate finance, restructuring, and legal matters. He has handled several assignments involving business restructuring and capital market strategies for more than 40 corporate clients.Mr. Daga holds directorships in SMIFS Capital Markets Ltd., SMIFS Capital Services Ltd, GAMCO Ltd as an Independent Director which reflects his professional reputation and expertise. He is an active member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India – Eastern India Regional Council and serves as the Co-Chairperson of the Committee of The Association of Corporate Advisors and Executives.Mr. Daga has a broad and diverse background in finance, corporate law and restructuring.
