Achiievers Finance India LMTD (AFIL-LLC) (“we,” our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. Achiievers Finance may provide you an option to register using social accounts, such as Google,
Facebook etc. to access the APP and shall collect only the registered email id and user public
profile information, such as name, address, email id, contact number etc. to log into the
application during registration/ sign in process in the Platform for the purpose of verification and
to pre-populate the relevant fields on such Platform. However, Achiievers Finance will not store
account passwords.

  • Data Security

We implement appropriate measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  1. Access, update, or delete your personal information.
  2. Opt-out of data collection or processing.

  • SMS:

Achiievers Finance don’t collect your personal SMSs from your inbox.
Achiievers Finance may only collect SMS (5-6 digit SMS) from your inbox which helps the
Company in identifying the various accounts that you are holding and the cash flow patterns that
you have as a user to determine your risk profile and to provide you with the appropriate credit
analysis to enable you to take financial facilities from us.

  • Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party tools or services (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase). These services may collect data as governed by their respective privacy policies. We recommend reviewing these policies.

  • Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us to remove it.
